At CAMO HQ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tactical and streetwear gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip or a note with your order details.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
